Since the last PC upgrade post, I got a new motherboard and CPU, as mentioned on the Specs page. Since that time, I added liquid cooling to the Graphics card since the water blocks for 2080TIs were on clearance. That added a number of problems since my single 280mmx30mm radiator was no longer sufficient to deal with the heat.
Thanks to a great year at work that has made it very difficult to produce content, I was able to update my liquid-cooling solution to be more appropriate. There are now two 360mm radiators providing cooling to the GPU and CPU, and I have the joy of running a flight simulator in 4k with decent settings and barely audible fan noise.
I know that none of this has anything to do with flight sim or my youtube content, but tinkering with PCs is one of my favorite things so I thought that I would share it.
